Thank you for choosing AL Karam by HSF. We ensure that every saree from our collection is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail so that it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

 


 

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver our products across India and also ship to many international destinations.
Availability for international shipping may vary depending on courier service coverage in the destination country.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

If you request additional finishing services such as fall & pico, tassels, or other customizations, the processing time may be slightly longer.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation update once your order has been packed and dispatched

 


 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

Delivery generally takes 5–8 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

International Orders

Delivery usually takes 8–15 working days, although timelines may vary depending on the country, customs procedures, and courier services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by logistics delays, weather conditions, peak festive seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

4. Shipping Charges

Within India: Free Shipping
International Orders: ₹849 shipping fee

Shipping charges for international orders are applied at checkout.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

 


 

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and postal code entered during checkout are accurate.

Orders that fail to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

will not qualify for a refund. If reshipping is required, additional shipping charges may apply and will need to be borne by the customer.

 


 

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package, and

  • Notify our team immediately with photos or courier evidence.

Once the parcel has been accepted without reporting an issue, courier-related damage claims may not be accepted without proper proof.

 


 

8. Shipping & Return Policy

AL Karam by HSF follows a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy, except in the case of a damaged or defective product reported within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Only exchange will be offered

  • Refunds are not provided

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Although we ship products worldwide, all transactions are processed from India. Any disputes related to purchases, services, or website usage will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
