At AL Karam by HSF, every saree is handled with the utmost care. Each piece from our collection represents fine Banarasi craftsmanship, and every product goes through careful quality checks before being packed and shipped.
Because our sarees belong to a premium handcrafted and designer range, we follow a Strict No Return & No Exchange Policy except in rare cases of verified damage.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.
1. No Return / No Exchange
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase

Preference for a different color or design

Ordering the wrong product

Styling or personal preference concerns
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, and images/videos carefully before confirming your order.
2. Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Product
An exchange may be considered only if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
-
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
If the claim is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar design, depending on availability.
Please note:
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Only exchanges are permitted for verified damage.
3. Reporting a Damaged Product
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp with the following details:

Order Number

Complete unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Requests submitted without proper proof or an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.
4. Conditions for Exchange Approval
For an exchange to be approved:

The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original tags, packaging, and folds must remain intact
-
The product must not show signs of perfume, stains, or fabric damage caused after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection.
5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following situations are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for exchange:

Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings

Natural variations in handloom or handcrafted fabrics

Fall & pico or any finishing services
-
Custom-made, altered, or sale items
These characteristics are a natural part of authentic Banarasi handloom products.
6. Exchange Shipping
If a damage claim is approved, our team will guide you regarding reverse pickup or return shipping instructions.
The replacement process will begin only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
7. Refund Policy
AL Karam by HSF maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
